Returns 

Please contact us before returning. Returns must be done 7 days after receiving your book.

• To be eligible for a full refund, the book must be in its original, new, and unread condition. This means:

  • No bent corners, cracked spines, or marked pages.

  • No writing, highlighting, or underlining.

  • No stains, water damage, or tears.

  • If the book was sold shrink-wrapped, it must still be in its original, unopened shrink-wrap.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip is almost always required.

• Refund Type: The refund is typically issued to the original form of payment.

• Return Shipping: For online sales, the customer is usually responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on your part (e.g., you sent the wrong book or it arrived damaged).

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Policies always have a separate, more lenient clause for books that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, the seller (you) typically covers the return shipping cost and offers a full refund or a replacement.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10 business days].

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns (e.g., "changed my mind").

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays (due to weather, high-volume periods, etc.) can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.

[Your Name / Your Store's Name] is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit (i.e., the tracking has not updated for several days), please contact us. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

We can ship to P.O. boxes using all USPS shipping methods.
